		<description>It will be fascinating to see how Lloyd takes credit for changing the world, although it is not at all clear that the merchants would have prevailed at trial had the presiding federal judge not crammed a settlement down everyone&#039;s throats (I was there).  Lloyd was holding out for a lot more than the judge forced him to take.  The judge sidetracked more than a few careers by preventing Visa from taking the case to trial, and probably set the stage for the eventual IPO, although I doubt he got &quot;friends and family&quot; shares.</description>
