Erin tweets from NACHA’s Payments 2009 in Orlando that attendance this year is about 2,000 – down about 1,000 from last year’s turnout.

She’s also wondering what happened to the Wi-Fi in the Payments 2009 conference venue – it’s missing in action! (BYON is my motto – Bring Your Own Network!)

The sad part is that the conference facility has more than adequate wifi – but NACHA declined to provide it. Hard to live blog without it, and that’s why they provided me with a press pass.

In the end it’s probably a good thing because if there had been wifi I would have done more live blog posts rather than Twitter updates. I needed a little shove to truly embrace Twitter; and today was it. Awesome to get the real-time input from Glenbrook friends old and new.
